We’re all used to getting second opinions when it comes to medical opinions, but slow to do it when it comes to legal opinions. On matters relating to disability rights litigation I have an increasingly busy practice in fixed fee advice reviewing decisions taken by other lawyers.
I can provide a discrete and fast opinion which can validate and give confidence in the way that your case is handled, make suggestions based on my experience, and in some cases can save significant amounts of time, energy and money.
Pricing
Before I undertake any work, I will need to know how much material I will need to review and will then provide a quote. My Hourly rate in accordance with MoJ Guidelines is £255 per hour.
I offer a fixed fee service based on a 3 hour review of documents and a 1 hour consultation with advice and Q&A’s for £1,000.00.
More complicated cases will be quoted at bespoke rates and approved with you.
I am also able to offer a 0% interest payment plan to spread that cost over 3 months.
